1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
RB’s Journey reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
2. Payment Policy
Minimum 30%–50% advance required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be completed at least 21 days before the travel start date.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per the timeline:
- 30+ days before travel: 10% deduction
- 15–30 days: 30% deduction
- 7–15 days: 50% deduction
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
Flight/train cancellations are subject to airline/railway policies.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to the itinerary will be subject to availability and additional charges.
RB’s Journey reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unavoidable circumstances.
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
The package includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
Extra expenses like:
- Entry tickets
- Personal expenses
- Insurance are not included unless specified.
6. Travel Documents
Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
Visa, permits, and documentation are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Liability Disclaimer
RB’s Journey acts as a travel organizer/intermediary.
We are not responsible for:
- Flight/train delays or cancellations
- Weather conditions, natural calamities
- Accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings
Any additional expenses due to such situations will be borne by the traveler.
8. Health & Safety
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel.
Any health issues must be disclosed before booking.
9. Force Majeure
RB’s Journey shall not be liable for delays/cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen events
10. Code of Conduct
Travelers must behave respectfully during the trip.
Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may lead to trip termination without refund.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer data will be kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad courts.
